Greek (ish) salad with chicken

Ingredients
8 cups mixed greens
2 cup cooked quinoa
2 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup pico de gallo
1 cup kalamata olives
4 tsp olive oil
4 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup feta cheese
16 oz grilled chicken breast
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1.Add the greens to a bowl.
2.Top with quinoa, cucumber, pico de gallo, olives, feta, and chicken.
3.Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
4.Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5.Toss gently and enjoy!
