Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients

 

1 package frozen mixed berries (about 2 cups)

3 tablespoons chia seeds

3 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons hot water

Squeeze of lemon juice

 

Directions

 

1.Place all ingredients into a mason jar. 

2.Stir well to combine.

3.Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, until thickened.

 

Goes well with:

-Yogurt and peanut butter

-Cottage cheese

-Spread on bread
